Felt the need to do everything I could for my mom, including all her
housework!
After exercises I was able to sit in my room in complete silence and fall
asleep. I am normally paranoid when trying to fall asleep, so I need lots
of noise such as a noisy floor fan.
Summary Journal
My time in this class has been a wonderful experience. My life has become
calmer and happier; I enjoy every moment in this class. The writing helps
me relax and find my inner self. It has also helped my mom and I to get
along better in our relationship. I have also become friendlier to my
friends and others.
