Today in class we began to learn how to create the mountain. It is
difficult but I know I am going to get it. I overcame the last challenge,
so I know I can get through this one.

I am proud because today I beat my up/down record. By 16 I was getting
very tired, but I am glad I stuck in. class was better today. I feel more
comfortable doing the mountain. I am rather nervous to try it on the rice
paper, but I know that it is not any benefit to me to worry. I am going to
think positive and give it my best.

I feel good about how much I have improved overall in class. I know I have
a lot to work on, but I think I have tried my best and done well.

I feel very relaxed and focused. I am excited to learn more in class on
Monday.

I feel very content with myself. I notice that a lot of times that after I
do my exercises I feel a lot less stress and worry than before. I am also
really enjoying learning how to rechannel feelings of pain.

Today in class we had a very enjoyable discussion about everything from
religion to different societal roles in Japan.

No class today; I feel more focused after the breathing.

I feel very proud because we finished doing the mountain symbol in class
today and it always feels so fulfilling to finish something you’ve worked
hard on.

I have been working on doing more exercising lately, and I have found that
I am able to deal with pain better now.

I feel very content today. I have noticed that whenever I begin to feel
sad or moody, saying thank you and being grateful really helps.

I feel very energized and alive after doing the exercises tonight.

I feel very good because I really like what we are doing right now in
class. I am enjoying learning how to write my name. The J sound is the most
fun to write for me. I feel like I am able to focus better now than I did
at the beginning of the class.

Today has been a great day and I know that a lot of it is due in part to
me remaining positive in my thinking. In class today we worked more on the
names.

Today was a wonderful day. I am very excited that I have a long weekend
and I am feeling so grateful for everything. Sometimes I will find myself
suddenly being grateful for very small things I would have usually
overlooked. I am very glad my mind is making this transition.

Today is Thanksgiving so it is a perfect opportunity to find things
to be grateful for. I will be sure to continue practicing thank-yous
throughout the day.

Today I feel very content with life and truly happy. I am
discovering more and more if you look for the best in people and
appreciate them, love and happiness will come your way.

proud of how I have worked hard in recycling.

I am very stressed in general today because I have several
assignments in school to finish. However, after the exercises, I am
feeling much more calm. Today in class I worked some more on my
name. I really enjoy working with the names.

I am feeling very focused today on what needs to be done. This
week is extremely busy with dance and homework, but I am really
focusing on staying relaxed and not overreacting.

Today was a very challenging day at school and it’s very hard to
unwind. However, after doing the exercises I am starting to feel
more in control.

I decided that today instead of letting myself get consumed in work,
I am going to stand back from the situation and feel thankful for
what I have.
