High School Student
Week 1
Monday: when I did my breathing exercises and smiling, I felt
better and more happy.
Tuesday: The smiling is helping me be more happy.
Wednesday: I was having a bad day but then I did my breathing
exercises and I became more relaxed.
Thursday: I am being more relaxed with myself each time I do these
exercises.
Friday: I feel very proud of myself for doing my smiling and
breathing exercises.
Week 2
Monday: I did the
smiling exercises about 60 times in a row and I found myself smiling the
whole day afterwards.
Tuesday: I feel that my health is getting better from the breathing
exercises.
Wednesday: The exercises are making me feel better about myself.
Thursday: The exercises are going really good for me and I feel
more happy and lovely.
